Fire alarm and fire protection fit-out for a bakery outlet inside Jimi Mall, Al Ain — designed, installed, tested and handed over ready for civil defence approval.

Fire Base delivered the complete fire protection scope for the Home Bakery outlet at Jimi Mall, Al Ain. Retail food outlets combine public occupancy with kitchen and equipment fire risks, so the system was planned around the unit layout, the mall’s central fire alarm interface and the requirements of Abu Dhabi Civil Defence.

The works covered supply and installation of the fire alarm and detection devices, firefighting equipment and emergency lighting, followed by testing, commissioning and documentation for handover.
